Project Overview
JES delivered full Revit modeling and immersive VR reviews to finalize the perfect outdoor plant room location.
Using virtual reality, the design team and client could “walk” the stadium as fans – from every seat, suite, and concourse – while we instantly relocated the entire plant room around the site in real time.
The result?
- Mechanical equipment is completely hidden from view
- Noise impact is minimized regardless of event configuration (concerts, football, soccer, etc.)
- Zero interference with the guest experience
VR didn’t just help visualize – it guaranteed the plant disappears for 70,000+ fans on game day.
